Mortgage brokers do not fund loans using their own money. If you fund loans using your own money or a warehouse line, you should change your Business Type to Mortgage Lender.
If you are primarily a broker operating in the Commercial Mortgage Lending space, you should change your selection to Commercial Mortgage Lender/Broker.

IMPORTANT! The Social Security Administration requires an additional attestation prior to enabling access to SSX verifications. Upon completion of the order form, you will receive an additional email asking you to complete the attestation. Set up cannot commence until the attestation is complete.
IMPORTANT! The Social Security Administration requires that the Applicant registers with the SSA and that Applicant provide Xactus with a copy of the Certificate of Registration issued by the SSA. The Applicant is also required to provide a sample (can be test case) of the Certificate of Completion (Audit Trail) and eConsent Form. You will be asked below to provide the Certificate of Registration, Sample, Certificate of Completion. Your Application will not be fully approved until that documentation is received.
